The character is from the upcoming Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 games. She is called White2.
Unless they come up with another name when the game releases. o__O'
I put this under the "Pokémon Trainer", since it seems White2 isn't on the list yet. I hope I can edit this later when the game comes out and the character is added here too. :)
